City of Delaware recently issued the following announcement.

Bulk item collection is offered by the City of Delaware for a fee. The program is a way for City of Delaware residential refuse customers to periodically dispose of large bulky items that do not fit within weekly collection tip cart containers.

Residents are able to schedule a pick-up for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The cost is $25 for up to three bulk items per stop. Residents must pay and schedule in advance at the City’s Public Works facility, 440 East William Street.
