DelDOT announces lane restriction on mall ramp for washout repairs

The Delaware Department of Transportation announced on March 27 a lane restriction on the ramp from southbound Route 1/7 into the mall to repair a washout near the top of the ramp.

According to the department, work is scheduled to begin Monday, March 30 and is expected to continue for three or four days, depending on weather conditions. Crews will be present from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm when weather permits.

Motorists are advised to use caution and expect minor delays during this period. The department recommends that drivers plan accordingly while repairs are underway.
