DelDOT plans all-way stop at Little Hill and Careys Camp roads

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is set to change the traffic control at the intersection of Little Hill Road and Careys Camp Road in Sussex County. The current two-way stop will be converted into an all-way stop, featuring new signs and pavement markings.

This work is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting. During this time, flaggers will be present to guide motorists through the intersection.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution around workers and reduce their speed in the work zones. Additional information can be found on DelDOT’s website or by tuning into WTMC-AM 1380.
