I-95 bridge repairs prompt DelDOT to announce overnight lane closures

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced a series of lane closures on I-95 and Route 896 for upcoming bridge repairs and snow removal. The closures will affect both northbound and southbound lanes, starting Monday, February 2nd through Thursday, February 5th.

Overnight multi-lane closures will occur on northbound I-95 from the Toll Plaza to the Route 896 Interchange. These are scheduled from Monday to Wednesday between 10 PM and 5 AM, with an additional closure on Thursday from 11 PM to 5 AM if necessary.

Daytime lane closures are also planned for both directions of I-95 from the Toll Plaza to the Welcome Center. These will take place from Monday to Thursday between 9 AM and 3 PM. Similarly, Route 896 will experience daytime lane closures in both directions from Route 4 to Glasgow High School during the same time frame.
