Lane restrictions announced by DelDOT for tree removal in New Castle County

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced lane restrictions for tree removal activities in New Castle County. The work will take place on Adams Dam Road, between Rockland Road and Montchanin Road (Rt 100), on Monday and Tuesday, June 16th and 17th, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm each day.

Additionally, tree removal is scheduled for Rising Sun Lane, between Rt 141 and Main Street. This work is set for Wednesday and Thursday, June 18th and 19th, also from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm each day.

A detour will be posted during these times. DelDOT advises motorists to exercise caution and anticipate minor delays in the affected areas. For further information, individuals can visit the DelDOT website at www.deldot.gov, download the DelDOT app, or tune into radio station WTMC at 1380 am.
