A new traffic measure will be implemented in Kent County, Delaware. The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced that a 4-way stop condition will be established at the intersection of Rising Sun Road and South Old Mill Road. This change is scheduled to take effect at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025.

The adjustment is part of the ongoing East Camden Bypass Project. DelDOT advises motorists to exercise caution when navigating this intersection.
