Nighttime lane restrictions are scheduled for southbound I-295 in New Castle County, according to the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT). The affected area stretches from the ramp to northbound I-95 to the ramp onto Route 141 northbound. Two lanes will be closed from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Monday, November 8th and 10th. If it rains, the work will be postponed to Saturday and Sunday, November 15th and 16th.
