Sharpley Road in New Castle County to undergo paving

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced that roadwork will take place on Sharpley Road in New Castle County. The paving, using warm mix asphalt, is scheduled between Route 202 and Mt. Lebanon Road from Wednesday to Friday, August 27th to 29th. Work hours are set from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.

During this period, there will be intermittent lane closures managed by flaggers. Motorists traveling through the area should exercise caution and anticipate minor delays.
