Laurel home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Laurel rose by $104,900 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 419.6% increase over the $25,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Laurel in July 2017.
