The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Wyoming fell by $47,746 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,500 - a 25.9% decrease over the $184,246 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wyoming in November 2016.
