Lewes home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lewes fell by $20,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $525,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lewes in November 2016, as well.
