Smyrna (New Castle County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Smyrna in New Castle County rose by $40,100 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 17.4% increase over the $229,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Smyrna in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
