Pine Ridge home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Pine Ridge rose by $43,784 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,450 - a 38.2% increase over the $114,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pine Ridge in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
