Foxfire Meadow home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Foxfire Meadow fell by $75,000 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 30% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Foxfire Meadow in the second quarter of 2016.
