Greenwood home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Greenwood fell by $38,250 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,750 - a 36.4% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Greenwood in the first half of 2016.
