Friedel Property home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Friedel Property fell by $63,200 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,800 - a 37.4% decrease over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Friedel Property in the first half of 2016.
