Pine Ridge home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Pine Ridge rose by $45,567 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,900 - a 48.3% increase over the $94,333 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pine Ridge in the first half of 2018.
