Banks Acres home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Banks Acres rose by $46,250 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,250 - a 44.5% increase over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Banks Acres in the first half of 2016, as well.
