Salem Woods home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Salem Woods fell by $17,900 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $244,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Salem Woods in the first half of 2016.
