Keenwik Sound home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Keenwik Sound rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $237,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Keenwik Sound in the first half of 2016.
