Bay Colony home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Bay Colony rose by $19,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,750 - a 6% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Bay Colony in the first half of 2016.
