Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
The Dover Delaware Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) will hold its annual JROTC fundraiser at the Dover Outback on Tuesday, Feb 11th, 2020.
The scholarships will be awarded to outstanding 2020 graduates, from Kent County High Schools who have successfully completed their school’s Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Program.
These scholarships are based on the student’s academic performance, community service involvement, and JROTC training accomplishments.
Be sure to bring a copy of the Outback flyer to the fundraiser.
The Kent County JROTC high schools are Caesar Rodney, USAF; Dover, USAF; First State Military Academy, USMC; Polytech, USAF; Smyrna, USAF.
