Capitol Park home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Capitol Park rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 72.8% increase over the $51,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Capitol Park in the second half of 2018.
