Voshell Cove home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Voshell Cove fell by $83,150 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,750 - a 47.5% decrease over the $174,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Voshell Cove in the second half of 2018, as well.
