Wyoming home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Wyoming rose by $16,834 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $157,167 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Wyoming in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Wyoming for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $512, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
