Hudson Trails home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Hudson Trails rose by $24,450 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,450 - a 14.8% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hudson Trails in the second half of 2018, as well.
