Riverview home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Riverview fell by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 16.3% decrease over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Riverview in the second half of 2018.
