Camden home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Camden rose by $4,050 while total sales increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,950 - a 2% increase over the $204,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Camden in the second half of 2018.
