Quails Nest home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Quails Nest rose by $21,900 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $268,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Quails Nest in the second half of 2018, as well.
