Magnolia home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Magnolia rose by $11,128 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,028 - a 3.8% increase over the $289,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in Magnolia in the second half of 2018.
