Hickory Ridge home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Hickory Ridge rose by $43,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $262,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hickory Ridge in the second half of 2018.
