Quails Nest home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Quails Nest rose by $74,400 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,500 - a 27.8% increase over the $268,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Quails Nest in the fourth quarter of 2018.
