Camden home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Camden fell by $2,450 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $207,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Camden in the third quarter of 2018.
