Smyrna (Kent County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Smyrna in Kent County rose by $49,500 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 112 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,500 - a 26.1% increase over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Smyrna in the third quarter of 2018.
