Magnolia home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Magnolia rose by $12,309 while total sales decreased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,209 - a 4.2% increase over the $289,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Magnolia in the third quarter of 2018.
