Houston home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Houston fell by $184,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,500 - a 76.2% decrease over the $242,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Houston in September 2018, as well.
