Wyoming home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Wyoming rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $174,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wyoming in September 2018.
