Wyoming home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Wyoming rose by $25,850 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,750 - a 13.6% increase over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Wyoming in February 2019.
