City of Delaware issued the following announcement on May 9
We encourage you to try out our electronic E-filing tax tool to file your July 15 return. We are ready to assist by phone at 740-203-1225 Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm or email at incometaxdepartment@delawareohio.net
Also, the due date for City of Delaware taxes owed for 2019 is July 15 and penalties/interest have been waived. Taxpayers may defer their final 2019 tax payment, as well as first and second quarter 2020 estimated tax payments, until July 15, without penalty or interest charges.
