Wyoming home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Wyoming rose by $24,900 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 14.2% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Wyoming in April 2019.
