The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Wyoming fell by $1,400 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,500 - a 0.7% decrease over the $189,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Wyoming in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Wyoming for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $512, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
