Magnolia home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Magnolia fell by $5,100 while total sales increased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 1.7% decrease over the $305,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Magnolia in the second quarter of 2019.
