The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Wyoming fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wyoming in November 2019.
