The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Wyoming fell by $33,417 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,750 – a 21.3% decrease over the $157,167 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Wyoming in August 2018.
