City of Delaware issued the following announcement on Sept. 17.
An RFP was sent out to various water companies to make proposals on the Delaware City Water System. Three (3) water companies: Artesian Water, Suez Water and Tidal Water Utility, each submitted proposals. They will be presenting them at a special September 18th meeting. All are welcome to attend. This is your water utility-get involved.
