Wilmington home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Wilmington fell by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,000 - a 55.7% decrease over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Wilmington in August 2016.
