Wyoming home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Wyoming fell by $2,400 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $176,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wyoming in September 2017.
