Lewes home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Lewes rose by $227,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,000 - a 50.8% increase over the $447,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lewes in July 2017.
