Wyoming home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Wyoming rose by $27,900 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 21.1% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Wyoming in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Wyoming for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $512, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
