Millsboro home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Millsboro rose by $83,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 52.9% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Millsboro in August 2016.
